HSM-233 Front Office Procedures Credits: 3 Contact Hours: Lec 3 Tier Rate: Tier I This course provides a step by step approach of front office procedures. The objectives of the course ensure an understanding of the importance of front office interactions in each hotel department. The course also examines the various elements of effective front office management, paying particular attention to the planning and evaluation of front office operations. Prerequisite(s): Grade of “C” or better in HSM 101 , MTH 105 or higher.
