A.A.S. Degree: 66 Hours

This program is designed to give the student the tools and training necessary to be competitive in the Hotel & Restaurant Industry. Courses focus on the fundamentals of management with regard to supervision of employees, revenue management, marketing, customer service, controlling business risk and overall facility operations.

Choose from: AGR ***, BUS 125 BUS 140 BUS 145 BUS 200 BUS 260 , CHM ***, CIS ***, CUL ***, ECO 270 , GDT ***, HRM ***, ASL *** or any foreign language course. Students are encouraged to choose HRM 290  

Option B - Experiential Learning - 26 credit hours



 

General Education Requirements - 18 Credit Hours


Mathematical Sciences - 3 Credit Hours


Any higher level MTH course will satisfy this requirement.

Written Communications - 3 Credit Hours


Oral Communications - 3 Credit Hours


Natural Sciences - 3 Credit Hours


BIO 135 is preferred.

Social and Behavioral Sciences - 6 Credit Hours


PLS 101 and PSY 110 are preferred.
