Certificate of Specialization: 15 Hours
The Honors Studies Certificate of Specialization is an interdisciplinary honors educational experience including honors coursework and service learning requirements as well as opportunities for individualized or learner-directed education, peer and instructor collaboration, and enhanced or additional learning environments and occurrences. This certificate is designed for academically motivated high-achieving students who act in a respectful and responsible manner that desire individualized or learner-directed experiences with a community of scholars seeking educational opportunities that are broader, deeper, unique, or more complex than comparable learning experiences.

Honors Requirements - 3 Credit Hours
Honors Electives - 12 Credit Hours
Complete at least 12 credit hours from any HON course (excluding HON 101) or section. At least 1 course must have a service learning component; students are encouraged to choose HON 290 . |
