A.A.S. Degree: 64 Hours
Depth of training for entry into the electrical occupation depends on the specific needs of employers. In this program, theory and many hours of practice are combined to lead to the Associate of Applied Science degree or certificate. A broad background allows the student to meet the needs of various graduate employment goals.

Electrical Technology Requirements - 48 Credit Hours
Program Courses - 39 Credit Hours
Business & Technology - 6 Credit Hours
Institutional Elecitve - 3 Credit Hours
Students will complete three (3) credit hours of elective coursework from any college-level course numbered 100 or higher. Elective credit may include approved transfer courses that do not have a direct Ozarks Tech course equivalency but are determined to be at the appropriate college level. General Education Requirements - 16 Credit Hours
Mathematical Sciences - 3 Credit Hours
Any higher level MTH course will satisfy this requirement. Written Communications - 3 Credit Hours
Oral Communication - 3 Credit Hours
Natural Sciences - 4 Credit Hours
Social and Behavioral Sciences - 3 Credit Hours
