ICTQ 036 - CAPA

This course focuses on Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) by introducing root cause analysis through the use of the Seven Basic Quality Tools and additional six CAPA tools. Students will gain an understanding of where root cause analysis fits within the corrective action process and how to apply it effectively.
