We offer employers and individuals a wide array of innovative, high-value training and business services that are focused on increasing the professional and technical skills of the Springfield area’s workforce. Our services are available throughout the college’s 12-county service region.

Our programs include business & professional development, dental continuing education, healthcare, information technology, Motorcycle basic rider program, OSHA and safety training, plumbing, and more. Many of our courses also lead to industry-recognized credentials. Learn in a classroom, online setting or our “hybrid” classes that combine online and seated learning. Some of our courses have prerequisites that the student must meet before enrolling. Those are identified within the course description.

Student Conduct

Students in workforce and short-term training courses must adhere to the policies and code of conduct as written in the OTC Student Handbook.
