ICTQ 026 - Kaizen Event Training

This course is designed to teach students to develop a Kaizen event with a cross section of departments (engineering, production, quality, shipping/receiving, warehousing, accounts receivable/payable, etc) to improve the existing process of how product orders are received/documented, produced, and shipped to the customer.
