ICTB 012 - DiSC Training

This course provides students with skills designed to improve the effectiveness of problem prevention and problem-solving efforts. Students will learn two models of problem solving, one focused on problem resolution, one focused on problem prevention. Students will be given a brief introduction to process improvement techniques and ways to create systems focused on continuous improvement.
