This course will focus on arterial blood gas punctures and basic interpretation, with a specific emphasis on acid-base. The learner will be able to comprehensively approach ABG results to interpret the data, rather than simply classifying it according to pre-set criteria. Prerequisite(s): Grade of “C” or better in BSRT 301, BSRT 305 , BSRT 310 , BSRT 311 , BSRT 315 , BSRT 381 .
