CUL-050 Culinary Skills II Credits: 2 Contact Hours: Lec o Lab 4 This course is the companion course to Culinary Skills I and is designed to provide students with hands-on learning activities in the area of culinary arts and hospitality. Students will develop a foundation of knowledge in which to apply to further education and/or employment opportunities. A key focus of the course is to build transferable skills needed as a successful foundation in future career employment.
