OTC Cares is the college’s comprehensive approach to supporting students facing personal, academic, or basic needs challenges that may interfere with their success. It serves as both a philosophy and a set of practices that guide how the institution supports students’ well-being and persistence. The OTC Cares model provides a coordinated process for identifying student concerns, responding to crises and basic needs challenges, and connecting students with appropriate resources.
