Culinary Arts Program Video

Hospitality Management (A.A.S.)

A.A.S. Degree: 66 Hours

This program is designed to give the student the tools and training necessary to be competitive in the Hospitality Industry. Courses focus on the fundamentals and importance of management with regard to supervision of employees, revenue management, marketing and customer relations.

General Education Requirements


As required by Missouri law, all degree programs must include instruction in both the U.S. and the Missouri State Constitution. This can be satisfied by either PLS 101  or HST 120 .
