Students will explore human anatomy through sectional planes and reformatted views in the MRI suite. Emphasis is placed on identifying the planes that most effectively reveal anatomical details and signal characteristics of various tissues and pathologies. Coverage includes detailed studies of the brain, abdomen, upper and lower extremities, male and female pelvis, spine, and vascular structures. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the program.
