HRM 235: Bar & Beverage Management Credits: 3 Lec 3 Lab 0 Practicum 0 Tier Rate: Tier I This course is designed to provide students with the practical knowledge needed to responsibly manage a profitable bar or beverage operation. Course work will involve planning for business profitability, menu design, bar layout and equipment, hiring and staffing, budgeting, purchasing and an in-depth look at responsible alcohol service.
