Credits: 3 Lec 3 Lab 0 Practicum 0 Tier Rate:Tier III This course focuses on the principles of neurological development as they relate to the occupational therapy assistant practice. Concepts of neurological structures and function, neurological development, motor learning, reflex development and integration and the impact of illness and disease related to neurological deficits are covered. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the OTA Program.
