This course examines leadership and management techniques needed to be successful in the workplace. Students will learn the common management leadership approaches, quality management, and lean production techniques. Human Resource practices will be explored including strategic planning, effective hiring procedures, employee performance appraisals and documentation, and conflict-resolution practices.
