HRM-225 Front Office Procedures Credits: 3 Lec 3 Lab 0 Practicum 0 Tier Rate: Tier I This course provides a step by step approach to front desk operations in Hotels and Lodging properties. The objectives of the course is to ensure an understanding of the importance of front office interactions in each hotel department. The course also examines the various elements of effective front office management, paying particular attention to the planning, evaluation and revenue management of front office operations. Prerequisite(s): Grade of “C” or better in HRM 101.
