This course is designed to increase student knowledge for creating processes, procedures, and instructional materials necessary in workplace environments. This course also teaches students the fundamentals and best practices for project planning, such as gathering requirements, developing timelines, and considering costs. These documents may include analysis and development of processes and procedures; project planning, training and help materials, and preparation plans. Prerequisite(s): ENG 100 or ENG 101
