An instrumental ensemble that performs band literature representing the various styles and genres of traditional and nontraditional jazz. Rehearsal focuses will include elements of playing (jazz styles, tone, articulation, etc.), improvisation, and furthering development in instrumental techniques. This ensemble will perform for public concerts.
