BSRT-336 Acid-base Physiology II

This course will focus on advanced arterial blood gas interpretation, with a specific emphasis on oxygenation, and combining the oxygenation data with the acid-base data. The learner will be able to comprehensively approach ABG results to interpret the data, rather than simply classifying it according to pre-set criteria, and determine the appropriate treatment based on the data. Prerequisite(s): Grade of “C” or better in BSRT 320 BSRT 326 BSRT 328 BSRT 382 .
