CUL-040 Culinary Skills I Credits: 4 Contact Hours: Lec 2 Lab 4 This course is designed to provide students with hands-on learning activities in the area of culinary arts and hospitality. Students will develop a foundation of knowledge in which to apply to further education and/or employment opportunities. A key focus of the course is to build transferable skills needed as a successful foundation in future career employment.
