A messaging system is in place to alert the Ozarks Technical Community of college emergencies and closings. The messages are sent to your cell phone via text. If your cell phone does not accept text messages you can still receive the campus alerts via e-mail. Enrollment in the messaging system is automatic upon registration or employment. To update your contact information preferences, log into myOTC, click on the user options tab on the side menu, and click on mycontact info. To complete the sign up process you must reply to the text message or e-mail. Ozarks Tech will not send spam or advertising through this system.

Ifyou choose to opt out of the text messaging follow the instructions provided iwthin the ntoification. If you opt out and need to opt back in, email your name and number to alerts@otc.edu. The ability to opt out of the email notifications is not permitted.
