Ozarks Technical Community College (Ozarks Tech) is a public place, and therefore each student, staff member, and visitor (“Person”) gives implied consent to Ozarks Tech and its agents to use such Person’s name and images from photographs, including video and still photographs (“Photos”), taken while on Ozarks Tech property, in advertising and promotional materials for Ozarks Tech, including but not limited to print, radio, television, and Internet advertising, without compensation or further consent.
Previews of advertising are not provided for approval. All photos used by Ozarks Tech and its agents are owned by Ozarks Tech. Each Person releases and discharges Ozarks Tech and agrees to hold it harmless from any liability or claims, including, without limitation, any claims for slander, libel, invasion of privacy, and invasion or misappropriation of the right of publicity, and including any claim for Ozarks Tech’s negligence, by virtue of any use of such Person’s name and/or Photo, including any alteration of any Photo, whether intentional or otherwise.
