Sexual Misconduct

In accordance with Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), OTC has a policy and set of procedures related to sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence (including sexual assault), dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking (collectively referred to as “sexual misconduct”).   This policy and set of procedures govern all reports of sexual misconduct made to the college.
